A minimum deposit of $200 is required to be paid for this credit card. This deposit is refundable and is the credit line limit on the card. This card has an annual fee of $35 and regular APR of 18.89%, which is variable. Also, this card charges a foreign transaction fee of 3% if make any purchases overseas.

Capital One® QuicksilverOne® Cash Rewards Credit Card
If you are a heavy spender but have a poor credit, Capital One’s QuicksilverOne is a suitable no credit check credit card. Even if you have less than 3 years of credit history, you can apply for this card. With an annual fee of $39, this credit card offers a 1.5% cash back reward. This cash back reward is unlimited and is applicable to every purchase. There is no purchase intro APR and no transfer intro APR. Also, there is no balance transfer fee. If you have a credit score between 300 and 639, you can apply for this no credit check credit card. There is no annual fee involved and the regular APR is 24.99%, which is a variable rate. This card offers 1% to 2% cash back rewards. Unlimited 1% cashback is offered on all purchases. You can earn 2% cash back at restaurants and gas stations if you spend $1,000 in total in every quarter. A minimum deposit of $200 is required to use this card; this deposit is refundable and establishes your line of credit. The account is reviewed automatically after 8 months to check whether it can be transitioned to an unsecured line of credit.

Citi® Secured Mastercard®
This is one of the few no credit check credit cards that help to build credit fairly quickly by sending notifications every month to credit bureaus. This card requires a minimum security deposit of $200. This deposit is refundable and establishes the credit line of the card. There is no annual fee involved and the regular APR is 24.24%, which is a variable rate. The cash APR is 26.99% and the max penalty APR is 29.99%. This card charges a foreign transaction fee of $35 for purchases made overseas. USAA® Secured Card American Express® Card
This no credit check credit card lets you determine your own credit limit, which can be between $250 and $5,000. This card requires you to make a minimum deposit of $250. The annual fee is $35, and the regular APR is between 11.65% and 21.65%. You can apply for this card with a credit score between 300 and 639. If you work in the military, you get a special 4% APR on all balances for 12 months of your deployment or PCS. After the 12-month period, regular APR will be applicable.
